1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, contact us at support@herbalmindbody.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Can I return opened products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return.
