Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
