Herbal Tea Booster

    Method: Herbal tea 

     1: Preparation:
Bring 500 ml of water to the boil in a saucepan or similar pan. Once the water is boiling, add 1.5 teaspoons of the herbal blend. Then reduce the heat to medium and allow the mixture to simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid whilst boiling to optimally preserve the aromas and active ingredients of the herbs.

      Step 2: Straining:
After boiling, pour the tea through a fine sieve to remove the herbs. This ensures a clear drink without any residue. Then allow the tea to cool to a drinkable temperature.

      Step 3: Use:
Ideally, drink the herbal tea every other day, with a maximum of 3 glasses per day, spread across the morning, afternoon and evening. This amounts to 500 ml of tea per day, approximately 166 ml per glass. If you use several types of herbal tea, for example, drink tea X on day 1, rest on day 2 and tea Y on day 3, and so on.

  Disclaimer:
      Do not drink the tea on an empty stomach to prevent any stomach complaints.
     Avoid adding sweeteners to preserve the natural effects and flavour of the herbs
     The tea should not be stored in the fridge. It is recommended to keep the tea at room temperature and, if necessary, reheat it.
